On the one hand, in order to meet the increasingly high requirements of human environmental protection, the ISO14000 standard has begun to be valued by Chinese enterprises, and people's requirements for sealing are becoming increasingly strict. Just as the entry of a large number of joint ventures has brought new quality requirements and new environmental concepts. On the other hand, the new standards objectively bring about a redistribution of the market. The new and stricter quality standards will become the biggest obstacle for China's export of sealing products; And it has become a killer weapon for foreign companies to enter the Chinese market. Enterprises that do not value technological progress will be eliminated in the next five years. And the subject of technology is humans. As for the current situation, the sealing industry is relatively loose and has a smaller individual scale, resulting in a smaller ability to hide hidden talents and lower overall quality of enterprise employees. Additionally, there may be a need for proper business philosophy. Capitalism has been around for over 200 years, and many of our peers, also known as competitors, have gone through four generations of continuity. They have long shaken off the mentality of seeking wealth from poverty to a moderately prosperous society and have moved towards a mature mindset, focusing on marketing, management, branding, and culture. The reason why our company has so many repeated constructions at the current stage is largely due to many people taking advantage of the various non-standard situations in the reform process to seek wealth. This is a very natural process of alternation, and capitalist countries also have such experiences. But what lies before us is how to accelerate evolution, from being eager for wealth and starting a business, to moving towards a mature business culture. On this basis, upon careful consideration, it is not difficult to see the various drawbacks in the individual behavior of our enterprise. Lack of collaboration and increased competition have resulted in a market downturn, which is the biggest problem in business operations. However, in reality, blindly lowering prices and pursuing orders will result in the destruction of the market. The market is not a cake, but a field that requires effort, cultivation, care, and harvest for a long time. In terms of quality awareness, after-sales service, product packaging, equipment investment, etc., reference is made to the ISO9000 standard, and each enterprise naturally has its own evaluation. Although there are management flaws in "three parts technology, seven parts management", as long as there is confidence, it is still easy to improve.
